How It Works

Yellow — Sustainable Role

You love teaching but the pace is killing you. Workload, hours, and expectations are unsustainable. You need a role — or a school — that protects your time and energy.

Green — Progressive School

You're creative, forward-thinking, and feeling boxed in. You need a school that values innovation, flexibility, and teacher voice — not one stuck in outdated routines.

Red — Pause & Decide

You're questioning everything — and that's okay. But making a big career decision from a place of exhaustion rarely ends well. Before applying anywhere, give yourself space to breathe and think clearly.
