The role

Al Narjes School is recruiting a passionate and dedicated Art Teacher to join the Charter Schools Program in Al Ain starting August 2026. The successful candidate will set high standards for themselves and their students, demonstrating professionalism, commitment and integrity.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Art or a closely related field
• Minimum of 4 years’ postgraduate teaching experience; experience with the American curriculum is an advantage
• A teaching qualification such as PGCE, B.Ed. or equivalent is mandatory
• Strong classroom management, instructional planning and assessment skills
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team
• A passion for fostering a positive and engaging learning environment
