The role

RAK Academy - Al Rams School is seeking a positive, driven and inspirational Bilingual Teaching Assistant to join the team from August 2026. The successful candidate must reside in the UAE.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and provide learning support for students with or without special needs.
• Encourage students to interact with the class and engage in activities.
• Provide feedback to students and teachers on student achievement, progress and any problems that arise.
• Prepare class activities, resources and supporting documents.
• Work with the teacher to create stimulating classroom and corridor displays.
• Accompany groups on trips.
• Carry out breaktime supervision.

Requirements

• Proficiency in English is required and Arabic is desirable.
• A can-do and flexible approach.
• A commitment to the values and ethos of the school.
• Previous experience of working with children.
• Bachelor degree or high school certification.
