About the school

Bellver College is a non-denominational, co-educational day school. Founded in 1950, Bellver is the longest established privately owned British school in Spain. The school is responsible for the education of around 200 children from 3 to 18 years old and caters for both the local community and the international community of Mallorca. Due to its one-form-entry system, the number of students in each form rarely exceeds 20.

The college is situated close to the beach in a residential area 3 km from the centre of Palma de Mallorca.

The role

The school is looking to appoint a qualified, enthusiastic and experienced Business Studies teacher to start in September 2026. The successful candidate will teach the subject across Key Stages 4 and 5, display and promote excellence in teaching and learning, and have the ability to inspire pupils. A solid knowledge of the IGCSE and International A Level curriculum is essential. Ability to teach Travel and Tourism is an advantage but not a requirement.

This position is ideal for any professional who wants to gain experience in international education or someone who relishes a new challenge. Applications from newly qualified teachers are welcome.
