The role

Due to continued success, GEMS Founders School, Al Mizhar seeks an outstanding Business Teacher to join the team in January 2027. This position offers valuable international experience for an Early Career Teacher or an opportunity for an experienced educator to progress with a world-leading education company in the heart of Dubai.

Requirements

• Embody and role model the core values of Grow, Flourish and Mindfulness
• Hold a Bachelor of Education or a Bachelor’s degree with PGCE / PGDE or equivalent qualification
• Have proven experience teaching Business to GCSE level
• Demonstrate exemplary teaching practice and a passion for continuous improvement
• Bring a creative and enthusiastic approach to classroom and wider school life
• Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work closely with colleagues, students and parents
• Have a proven track record of delivering outstanding learning and teaching
• Be eager to contribute positively to the school community through extra-curricular and community-based initiatives
