About the school

Norman Gate School is a welcoming, supportive and inclusive SEND primary and nursery provision in Hampshire. The school educates and supports children with a diverse range of needs, including moderate to severe learning difficulties, communication and language needs, autism and ADHD. Small class sizes of up to 12 pupils enable every child to develop confidence, independence and a love of learning. The role

We are seeking a passionate, creative and dedicated Class Cover Teacher to join the team in September. The position may be offered on a full-time or part-time basis to the right candidate. Working within a highly skilled and collaborative class team, the successful teacher will deliver engaging learning experiences that help every pupil thrive and achieve their best.

• Experience in special education is welcomed, although applications from mainstream teachers excited by the challenge of working with pupils with SEND are also encouraged.
