About the school

Norman Gate School is a welcoming, supportive and inclusive SEND primary and nursery provision in Hampshire. The school educates and supports children with a diverse range of needs, including moderate to severe learning difficulties, communication and language needs, autism and ADHD. The role

We are seeking a passionate, creative and dedicated Class Cover Teacher to join the team in September. The position may be offered on a full-time or part-time basis to the right candidate. Working within a highly skilled and collaborative class team, the successful teacher will deliver engaging learning experiences that help every pupil thrive and achieve their best.

Requirements

  • Share and embody the school’s core values in daily practice.
  • Bring energy, creativity, compassion and enthusiasm to the classroom.
  • Experience in special education is welcomed, although applications from mainstream teachers excited by the challenge of working with pupils with SEND are also encouraged.
