The role

The School of Research Science - SRS Dubai is seeking a motivated and experienced Curriculum Coordinator to join its team. This position plays a key role in overseeing the implementation and continuous improvement of the United States curriculum at the High/Secondary School level. The successful candidate will work closely with teachers, administrators, and stakeholders to ensure that the curriculum meets rigorous standards and supports student success.

Requirements

• Graduate Certificate or higher qualification in Education or a related field
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience working with U.S.-based curricula at the secondary school level
• Strong understanding of curriculum design, assessment strategies, and instructional best practices aligned with U.S. standards
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficient communication skills for collaboration with faculty, students, parents, and external partners
• Ability to analyze data effectively to inform curricular decisions and improvements
• Familiarity with educational technology tools that support teaching and learning processes
• KHDA experience
• Commitment to upholding high academic standards while supporting inclusive education for all learners
