The role

Due to continued success, we are seeking an outstanding Drama Teacher to join our team in August 2026. This is an excellent opportunity for an Early Career Teacher seeking international experience or for an experienced educator looking to advance their career with a world-leading education company in the heart of Dubai.

Requirements

• Embody and role model our core values of Grow, Flourish, and Mindfulness
• Hold a Bachelor of Education or a Bachelor’s degree with PGCE / PGDE (or equivalent qualification)
• Have proven experience teaching Drama to GCSE level
• Demonstrate exemplary teaching practice and a passion for continuous improvement
• Bring a creative and enthusiastic approach to both classroom and wider school life
• Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work closely with colleagues, students, and parents
• Have a proven track record of delivering outstanding learning and teaching
• Be eager to make a positive contribution to our school community through active engagement in extra-curricular and community-based initiatives
