The role

Due to the continued growth and strategic development of our language provision, Cranleigh Abu Dhabi invites applications for an exceptional Teacher of EAL & MFL to join the school in January 2027. The successful candidate will deliver high-quality EAL provision alongside teaching French and/or Spanish. They will bring strong language knowledge, excellent classroom practice and proven experience supporting pupils for whom English is an additional language. The role requires energy, creativity and a collaborative approach, working closely with teachers and pastoral teams to identify language needs, deliver targeted support and help pupils access the wider curriculum confidently.

Requirements

• Recognised teaching qualification
• Appropriate EAL qualification such as CELTA, DELTA, Trinity CertTESOL, Trinity DipTESOL or an equivalent recognised qualification
• Strong language knowledge and excellent classroom practice
• Proven experience supporting pupils for whom English is an additional language
• Energy, creativity and a collaborative approach to working with colleagues
