Josef-Schwarz Schule - Erlenbach is part of the Phorms Education network, which has operated bilingual German-English nurseries in cooperation with the Schwarz Group since 2006. The organisation runs six facilities across the Heilbronn region, providing care for children aged 0 to 6 years. The role

We are seeking a motivated and qualified Early Childhood Educator to join our nurseries in Heilbronn, Erlenbach, Weinsberg and Bad Friedrichshall. The position is available on a part-time or full-time basis.

Key responsibilities

• Provide holistic support for children across cognitive, emotional and creative development
• Prepare, conduct and follow up parent meetings
• Carry out regular observations of each child’s holistic development and abilities

Requirements

• Certified training as an early childhood educator, a degree in education or a comparable qualification recognised by local authorities for specialist or supplementary staff roles
• Strong identification with the bilingual, music and STEM-focused pedagogical concept and the ability to implement it collaboratively
• Willingness to co-create and refine new pedagogical methodologies
• Interest in working within a bilingual and international setting
• Committed team player with a motivated and reliable approach
• Fluent English skills and German language proficiency at a minimum of B2 level
