The role

The English College Dubai seeks a positive, reflective and inspiring EYFS Teacher to join the Primary School for August 2026. The successful candidate will demonstrate a growth mindset, high expectations of staff and students, and a commitment to continuous professional learning. They will be passionate about encouraging students to develop holistically, academically, emotionally, physically and socially, while contributing to the wider curriculum and the thriving extra-curricular life of the school. The role offers the opportunity to be part of a dynamic, forward-thinking school and to play a significant part in the safeguarding and pastoral care of students.

Requirements

  • Hold a good honours degree and a QTS or PGCE teaching qualification, preferably from the UK.
  • Have a minimum of two years’ teaching experience.
  • Be able to provide an ICPC and a UK enhanced DBS or equivalent police check.
  • Demonstrate honesty, transparency and integrity, with professional appearance and conduct.
  • Show alignment with the school’s core purpose, vision and values, and a willingness to contribute to the wider school community.
