The role

GEMS School of Research and Innovation seeks an Early Years Teacher to join the Pre-Prep and Prep team from January 2027. The successful candidate will deliver outstanding learning and teaching within a dynamic, technology-rich environment that supports personalised learning and holistic student development.

Requirements

• Hold a BEd or Bachelor’s degree with PGCE / PGDE or equivalent
• Master’s degree or equivalent qualification is desirable
• Have proven experience of teaching Early Years
• Have a willingness to collaborate and share outstanding practice
• Have a growth mindset, being reflective and solution-focused
• Be creative and enthusiastic in approach to teaching
• Possess excellent interpersonal skills to work closely with colleagues, students, and parents
• Have a proven track record of providing outstanding learning and teaching
• Have aspiration to work in a world-class school with real prospects for career enhancement
• Be willing to make a positive contribution to school community and culture through active engagement in the extra-curricular programme and community-based events
