The role

Al Rabeeh Academy seeks experienced and passionate EYFS Teachers to join its dynamic team for an immediate start. The successful candidates will deliver high-quality early years education within an international British curriculum school, creating a nurturing, stimulating and inclusive learning environment that supports the social, emotional and academic development of young learners.

Key responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging, play-based and child-led learning experiences in line with the EYFS framework and the principles of the Curiosity Approach.
  • Create a nurturing, inspiring and purposeful environment that encourages exploration, independence and a love of learning.
  • Use effective formative assessment strategies to observe, document and track children’s developmental progress.
  • Contribute to planning and continuous provision development, collaborating closely with the EYFS team.
  • Support the holistic well-being of children and promote the school’s values, routines and expectations.
  • Build strong, positive relationships with parents through effective communication on children’s progress and next steps.
  • Participate actively in school events, professional development and wider school initiatives.

Requirements

  • Fluent English speaker.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Early Years Education or a relevant subject with PGCE, QTS or equivalent teaching qualification.
  • Experience teaching the English National Curriculum, preferably in an international setting.
  • Strong classroom management skills and commitment to student wellbeing.
  • Excellent communication, teamwork and organisational skills.
