The role

We are seeking an English Teacher to join GEMS Founders School – Dubai South for the next academic year, commencing August 2026. Requirements

• Embody and role model the core values of Grow, Flourish, Discover "You"
• Hold a BEd or Bachelor’s degree with a major in English (or equivalent) or a PGCE with QTS
• Demonstrate the ability to share exemplary teaching practices
• Display a creative and enthusiastic approach both inside and outside the classroom
• Possess excellent interpersonal skills for working with colleagues, students and parents
• Have a proven track record of delivering outstanding learning and teaching
• Show aspiration to work in a world-class school with prospects for career enhancement
• Be willing to contribute positively to the school community through active engagement in the extra-curricular programme and community events
