The role

Due to the continued success of GEMS Founders School, Al Mizhar, we are seeking an outstanding French Teacher to join our team in August 2026. Requirements

• Embody and role model our core values of Grow, Flourish, and Mindfulness
• Hold a Bachelor of Education or a Bachelor’s degree with PGCE / PGDE (or equivalent qualification)
• Have proven experience teaching French to GCSE / A Level
• Demonstrate exemplary teaching practice and a passion for continuous improvement
• Bring a creative and enthusiastic approach to both classroom and wider school life
• Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work closely with colleagues, students, and parents
• Have a proven track record of delivering outstanding learning and teaching
• Be eager to make a positive contribution to our school community through active engagement in extra-curricular and community-based initiatives
