We are seeking an ambitious and dynamic colleague who shares our vision of teaching as a vocation, and who will seize an exciting opportunity to work at Rugby School. Successful candidates will join the Drama & Theatre Studies Department and teach a reduced timetable. Teaching will involve working with students across the school taking GCSEs, IB Diploma or A level Drama & Theatre Studies courses. This role will suit a graduate or postgraduate who is either looking to develop a career in teaching or to strengthen their experience and CV before embarking on a career in another sector. The post is for 1 year as a Maternity Cover.

The School is a boarding and day school in full operation seven days per week including evenings during term time. Pastoral, co-curricular, cultural and sports activities take place outside normal day-school hours. All full-time staff are expected to make a full contribution. Shared accommodation is provided for this role.
