The role
Millfield Preparatory School is seeking an exceptional and inspirational Head of Music from January 2027 to lead its vibrant and ambitious music programme. The successful candidate will provide clear strategic leadership across both academic and co-curricular music, building on a thriving and well-established provision. They will inspire a culture of creativity and inclusivity, ensuring that every pupil is supported to develop confidence, musicality and a lifelong love of music.
