The role

Raffles World Academy - Aljada, Sharjah seeks IB-PYP & MYP Spanish Teachers to join the team in August 2026. The positions are within a new IB continuum school opening as part of the Innoventures Education group.

Requirements

• Minimum of three years teaching experience, preferably in a PYP school or other outcomes-based education system.
• Bachelor’s degree in Spanish Language with a recognised teaching certification (PGCE/PGDE).
• Master’s degree or higher preferred.
• Experience with assessment for learning is an asset.
• Strong communication and technology skills required.
• Teachers with a confirmed track record may be considered for leadership positions.
