The role
Full-time KS3 Combined Science and Mathematics Teacher with Upper KS2 support, commencing 25th August 2026. The successful candidate will teach Combined Science and Mathematics across KS3 while providing support within Upper KS2 as required.
Key responsibilities
- Teach Combined Science and Mathematics across KS3.
- Support teaching and learning within Upper KS2 as required.
- Create engaging, challenging, and inclusive learning experiences.
- Differentiate effectively to support EAL, SEND, and high attaining students.
- Monitor and assess student progress, using data to inform teaching.
- Contribute positively to the wider life of the school.
- Build strong partnerships with students, colleagues, and families.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Science, Mathematics, Education, or a related field.
- Recognised teaching qualification (PGCE, QTS, BEd, or equivalent).
- Experience teaching Science and/or Mathematics.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Strong classroom management and communication skills.
- A collaborative and solution focused mindset.
- A genuine commitment to student wellbeing and safeguarding.
- Experience within a British curriculum or international school setting (desirable).
- Experience teaching both KS2 and KS3 (desirable).
- Knowledge of Oxford International Curriculum, Cambridge, or IGCSE programmes (desirable).
- Experience working with multilingual learners (desirable).
- Experience supporting students with diverse learning needs (desirable).
