KS3/4 Science teacher

About the school

Santo Angel British School is a small and friendly school in the centre of Madrid. The school follows the British National Curriculum and is continually expanding.

The role

We are currently looking for a Science teacher starting in September 2026. Outstanding candidates would be considered for an immediate start. Knowledge of teaching international IGCSE is essential.

Requirements

• Hold a recognised British teaching qualification with QTS and experience as an A Level Physics teacher
• EU Passport or right to work in Spain
• A minimum of 3 years teaching experience
• A proven track record of examination results at KS3-KS4
• Dedication to continuous professional development
• Committed and hard working, with high expectations
• Creative and able to bring this to the classroom
• Positive team-spirit and a good sense of humour

Experience in international GCSEs single and double award science is desirable but not essential.
