The role

The Sheikh Zayed Private Academy for Girls seeks a qualified and experienced English and Social Studies Teacher to join its dedicated teaching faculty for the academic year 2026-27. The successful candidate will teach English Language Arts and Social Studies at middle-school level, fostering critical thinking, literacy, and global awareness within a student-centred learning environment. The school welcomes great classroom practitioners with experience in UK or US curricula who are keen to develop professionally and embrace the culture of the UAE.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver engaging English Language Arts and Social Studies lessons to middle-school students.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in the relevant subject.
• PGCE or equivalent qualification in education.
• A minimum of two years’ teaching experience.
