The role

We are seeking a Music Teacher to join GEMS Founders School Dubai in August 2026. The successful candidate will deliver high-quality music education while contributing to the wider school community through extra-curricular activities and events.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exemplary music teaching that supports outstanding learning outcomes.
• Share best practice with colleagues to enhance teaching across the school.
• Engage actively in the extra-curricular programme and school community events.
• Build strong relationships with students, colleagues and parents.

Requirements

• Hold a BEd or bachelor’s degree in Music, or an equivalent PGCE.
• Demonstrate a creative and enthusiastic approach to teaching both inside and outside the classroom.
• Possess excellent interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with colleagues, students and parents.
• Have a proven track record of delivering outstanding learning and teaching.
• Embody the school’s core values of Grow, Flourish and Succeed.

• Be willing to contribute positively to school culture through active participation in extra-curricular and community activities.
