The role

We are seeking an outstanding Music Teacher to join GEMS Metropole School from August 2026. The successful candidate will deliver engaging and inspiring lessons that foster creativity, confidence and a love of performance. You will develop students’ skills across the Music curriculum while creating an inclusive and dynamic learning environment that enables all students to thrive and achieve their potential.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality Music lessons that inspire and motivate students of all abilities.
• Contribute to the wider life of the school through productions, performances, enrichment activities and community engagement.
• Support the development of students’ creativity, confidence and performance skills.

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Music or a related subject, together with a recognised teaching qualification.
• Strong subject knowledge and a genuine passion for Music.
• A commitment to outstanding teaching and learning and raising student achievement.
• The ability to inspire, motivate and engage students of all abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the capacity to build strong relationships across the school community.
