Requirements

• A high-quality degree and Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with primary teaching experience.
• Proven track record of outstanding teaching across Key Stages 1 and 2, delivering a rich, engaging and inclusive curriculum.
• Passion for nurturing young learners and fostering curiosity, creativity, independence and a love of learning.
• High expectations that motivate, challenge and support students to achieve their full academic, social and personal potential.
• Experience in planning, implementing and evaluating initiatives that positively impact student engagement and achievement.
• Confident, reflective practitioner who collaborates effectively within a year group or phase team.
• Commitment to the wellbeing and holistic development of every child, creating an inclusive, safe and supportive environment.
• Willingness to contribute to broader school life, including extracurricular activities and whole-school initiatives.
• Drive to continually develop professionally through high-quality CPD programmes.
