The role

The Sheikh Zayed Academy for Girls is seeking to appoint a qualified and enthusiastic Performing Arts/Drama/Music Teacher to join our dedicated and creative teaching faculty for the 2026–27 academic year. The successful candidate will deliver engaging and high-quality instruction in Performing Arts, including Drama, Music, and/or Theatre, fostering creativity, confidence, and self-expression within a student-centered learning environment. We are looking for an outstanding classroom practitioner with the ability to teach across multiple disciplines.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and high-quality instruction in Performing Arts, including Drama, Music, and/or Theatre
• Foster creativity, confidence, and self-expression within a student-centered learning environment
• Teach across multiple disciplines in Drama, Music and Theatre

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in the relevant subject
• PGCE or equivalent qualification in Education
• A minimum of 2 years teaching experience
• Experience with the UK, IB, or US curricula
• A clean enhanced Disclosure and Barring Services check or police check
• Strong commitment to professional growth, innovation in teaching, and a willingness to embrace the culture and values of the UAE
