The role

We are seeking a qualified Physics and Biology Teacher to cover paternity leave. This is a temporary teaching position within our Science Department, working with high/secondary school students following Pearson IGCSEs and A Levels. The post runs from 1/10/26 until 23/12/26.

Requirements

• Degree in Physics, Biology, or related field
• Minimum of 2 years teaching experience at secondary/high school level
• Experience delivering an international curriculum preferred
• Strong subject knowledge in both physics and biology
• Ability to create engaging lesson plans tailored to diverse learners
• Excellent classroom management skills
• Proficient in using educational technology tools
• Passionate about inspiring students’ curiosity and love for science
