The role

St. Patrick’s International School in Barcelona is seeking a dedicated and skilled EYFS and Primary KS1 & KS2 physical education teacher to join the team in October 2026. The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic educator who is passionate about nurturing young minds and inspiring a love for learning and physical development in students. The position requires the ability to deliver engaging and effective lessons within the British Curriculum.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Physical Education EYFS and Primary teacher.
• Hold a Bachelor’s Degree relevant to the teaching subject or equivalent.
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certification.
• Ability to deliver engaging and effective lessons with a track record of achieving positive student outcomes.
• Strong understanding of pupils’ development in EYFS and Primary education.
• Knowledge of Safeguarding and Child Protection procedures.
• Commitment to the well-being and holistic development of EYFS and Primary pupils.
• Candidates must be an EU citizen or hold a Spanish work visa.
