We are currently seeking a dedicated Primary SEND Teacher to join our Learning Support and Enrichment department. This position involves working with elementary/primary school students who have special educational needs and disabilities (SEND), supporting their academic progress and personal development within our diverse school community.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Graduate Certificate in Education or related field
- Minimum of 2 years teaching experience, preferably with SEND students
- Strong knowledge of the UK curriculum for primary education
- Ability to develop individualized learning plans tailored to student needs
- Excellent communication skills for collaboration with teachers, parents, and specialists
- Proficiency in using assessment tools and adapting teaching strategies accordingly
