The role

Due to the continued success of the school, GEMS Founders School Dubai is seeking to recruit a Primary Teacher to join in October 2026. Requirements

• Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.), Master’s degree in Primary Education, or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Both newly qualified and experienced teachers are encouraged to apply, with enthusiasm for developing teaching practice and growing within a supportive school environment.
• Qualified Primary Teacher with a genuine passion for working with young learners and creating positive, engaging learning experiences.
• Strong knowledge of effective teaching, assessment and differentiation strategies to support the progress and achievement of all students.
• A commitment to creating an inclusive, engaging and challenging learning environment where every student is encouraged to reach their potential.
• Excellent communication, collaboration and organisational skills, with a positive approach to working with colleagues, students and the wider school community.
