Requirements

• Embody and role model the core values of Grow, Flourish, and Mindfulness
• Hold a Bachelor of Education in Primary Education or a relevant degree with PGCE or PGDE (or equivalent teaching qualification)
• Have experience teaching Key Stage 1 or 2 in the National Curriculum for England
• Demonstrate exemplary teaching practice and a passion for continuous improvement
• Bring a creative and enthusiastic approach to classroom and wider school life
• Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work with colleagues, students, and parents
• Have a proven track record of delivering outstanding learning and teaching
• Be eager to contribute positively to the school community through extra-curricular and community-based initiatives
