The role

Repton Al Barsha seeks an outstanding Psychology Teacher for a maternity cover contract commencing August 2026. This is a day-rate position.

• Utilise strong subject knowledge to plan and deliver engaging, effective and impactful lessons.
• Design lessons that encourage all students to think deeply and engage purposefully in their learning.
• Adapt teaching approaches to meet the diverse needs of an inclusive student community.
• Build positive relationships with students, colleagues and parents through excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Reflect on practice and pursue continuous professional growth.
• Manage time and workload effectively while demonstrating resilience and enthusiasm in a dynamic school environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Education or PGCE with appropriate specialism.
• Experience teaching in a UK setting or a renowned British Curriculum or international school.
• Proven track record of outstanding learning and teaching.

Benefits & package

• Day rate of AED 532 per working day.
