The school is a well-established co-educational institution offering the National Curriculum to 1,100 children from Foundation through to A Level. The role
Due to an increase in headcount, Sharjah English School is seeking a passionate Secondary Arabic Teacher to join its committed team for August 2026. The successful candidate will deliver high-quality Arabic teaching and learning experiences that inspire and engage students, ensuring they achieve their full potential and understanding of Islam.
Requirements
- Qualified teacher with a minimum of two years teaching experience.
- Proficient ICT user with awareness of innovative thinking and practice in education.
- In-depth and up-to-date knowledge of the English National Curriculum.
- Strong personal presence and high-level interpersonal skills.
- Excellent understanding of safeguarding and child protection policies and practices.
- B.Ed or BA degree in Arabic with PGCE.
- Proven track record in fostering a caring and supportive atmosphere.
- Passionate educator dedicated to the well-being, social and academic progress of each student.
- Experience that will make a significant contribution to the wider life of the school.
