The role

The Taaleem Teacher’s role is to inspire students through excellent teaching, creativity, innovation, compassion, and a commitment to lifelong learning. Teachers are responsible for creating a positive learning environment that supports students’ academic, personal, and social development while reflecting Taaleem’s values.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality teaching that meets the individual needs, abilities, and learning styles of all students.

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons and curriculum activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Education or a relevant subject area.
• Recognised Teaching Qualification/License.
• Minimum 2 years’ teaching experience in a recognised school or international school environment preferred.
• Experience working with DSIB, OFSTED, or similar inspection authorities preferred.
• Experience in an international school setting is desirable.
• Outstanding classroom practitioner with successful teaching experience.
• Strong knowledge of current educational research and developments.
• Awareness of UAE educational practices and requirements preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage deadlines.
• Ability to engage, motivate, and inspire students and colleagues.
• Effective communicator with the ability to present to different audiences.
• Ability to adapt, manage change, and work effectively under pressure.
