The role

Jebel Ali School is seeking an outstanding Secondary Music Teacher to join the school in August 2026. The successful candidate will embody the Taaleem ethos of excellence, innovation, creativity and compassion. Through inspirational teaching and a deep understanding of students’ individual learning needs, the teacher will help deliver a distinctive curriculum that supports academic and professional success, personal and spiritual fulfilment, and a love of lifelong learning.

Requirements

• Qualified Music Teacher holding a recognised teaching qualification such as a B.Ed. and/or PGCE.
• Proven track record of outstanding results in secondary music education.
• Full working knowledge of the National Curriculum for England and Wales and its associated assessment practices.
• Strong focus on the pastoral care of children, with the ability to balance academic and social progress and identify safeguarding concerns.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive approach to both individual and collaborative professional development.
• Available to commence in August 2026.
