We are currently seeking a dedicated Secondary SEND Teacher to join our Learning Support and Enrichment department. This position involves working with secondary school students who have special educational needs and disabilities (SEND), supporting their learning journey in line with the UK curriculum.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Graduate Certificate in Education or related field
- Minimum of 2 years teaching experience, preferably within a SEND or inclusive education setting
- Strong understanding of the UK secondary school curriculum
- Ability to develop individualized learning plans tailored to student needs
- Excellent communication skills for collaboration with students, parents, and staff
- Proficiency in using assessment tools to monitor student progress
