The role

We are seeking a well-qualified and talented Senior School Mathematics Teacher to start in January 2027. Experience teaching the IB Diploma Programme at Higher Level (AA or AI) is essential.

The role offers the opportunity to contribute to co-curricular clubs and enrichment activities. All staff are actively involved in the pastoral life of the school and are encouraged to engage in professional development while working with colleagues to improve practice.

• Use modern technology to enhance learning.
• Make effective use of formative and summative assessment to plan challenging learning opportunities.
• Monitor and record students’ learning to ensure they remain on track.
• Report on progress to appropriate stakeholders.
• Promote the general progress and well-being of individual students and tutor groups.
• Contribute to action plans and support mechanisms.
• Communicate effectively with parents and liaise with other staff.
• Work with the well-being team to support the community.
• Support the life of the school beyond the classroom, including trips and whole-school initiatives.

Requirements

• Experience teaching the IB Diploma Programme at Higher Level (AA or AI) is essential.
