The role
Bryanston School in Dorset is seeking an experienced and focused individual to lead its international short stay programme. The role works across the whole school and manages the entire programme and its delivery, from recruitment and welcoming pupils to ensuring they have an exceptional stay. The post holder will work with multiple teams, including House Parents, the EAL department and academic leads, to deliver the end-to-end process for short-stay families. The role also includes supporting the internal marketing team to promote short-stay opportunities and to provide the best culture and experience of a bespoke British education offering.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and manage the international short stay programme from recruitment through to programme completion.
- Coordinate with House Parents, the EAL department and academic leads to deliver a seamless experience for short-stay pupils.
- Support the marketing team in promoting short-stay opportunities.
- Ensure each pupil receives a high-end, personalised experience of British education.

- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise work effectively.
