The role
Amity International School, Abu Dhabi is seeking a passionate, creative and highly motivated Teacher of Drama at GCSE and A Level to join its vibrant and ambitious performing arts team. Due to expansion in the senior school and increased demand for places, the school is recruiting exceptional teachers to join from August 2026. The successful candidate will inspire a love of performance, creativity and self-expression while securing strong student outcomes through high-quality teaching and learning. The postholder will nurture confidence, imagination and collaboration in young people and contribute to the wider artistic life of the school.
Requirements
- Ability to teach Drama at GCSE and A Level
- Commitment to inspiring creativity and securing strong student outcomes
- Willingness to contribute to the wider artistic life of the school
- Successful completion of child protection screening and submission of a current police criminal check or equivalent
- Provision of a minimum of two references, at least one from the Head Teacher or Principal of the most recent school
