The role

The successful candidate will join a highly skilled English Department that achieves excellent results across all Baccalaureate examinations (L1-3), including some of the highest oral examination outcomes in Europe. This full-time position (1 FTE) offers the opportunity to work within a supportive and collaborative department that values professional autonomy while fostering shared expertise and innovative approaches to student engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality English instruction across the European Baccalaureate curriculum.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge and refine teaching strategies that meet the needs of diverse learners.
• Provide targeted language support through one-to-one or small-group intervention for students requiring additional assistance, as directed by the Support Department.
