About the school
Reed’s School is a leading HMC independent day and boarding school in Surrey. It provides education for around 850 pupils aged 11 to 18, with girls joining in the Sixth Form. From September 2027 the school will become fully co-educational by accepting girls in Year 7. Teachers and pupils flourish in its friendly, supportive and forward-thinking community.
The role
We are seeking an enthusiastic Teacher of MFL (French with German) to join the thriving and highly successful MFL Department. The successful candidate will have excellent subject knowledge and a desire to be part of a team of committed professionals within the department and across the whole school.
Requirements
- Ability to teach French and German is essential.
- Strong subject knowledge and a commitment to high standards of teaching and learning.
- Willingness to contribute to the wider life of the school.
- Full commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
- Readiness to undergo child protection screening, including checks with past employers and the Disclosure and Barring Service.
- Provision of online profile details, including social media account names, as part of the application.
