Teacher of PE
We are seeking an enthusiastic, dynamic and skilled Teacher of PE to join our dedicated PE department. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with a strong passion for sport, fitness and student development to make a real impact across a vibrant school community. The ability to teach lacrosse to a high level is of paramount importance, but we are also looking for someone who can ideally teach football as well.
The successful candidate will deliver high-quality PE lessons across the school from Year 7 to Year 13, contribute to our rich extra-curricular sports programme, and inspire students to lead active, healthy lives.
Key Responsibilities include:
Plan and deliver engaging, high-quality PE lessons aligned with the national curriculum.
Assess, record and report on student progress effectively.
Foster an inclusive, positive and supportive learning environment for all learners.
Contribute to the organisation and delivery of sports clubs, fixtures, and whole-school sporting events.
Promote teamwork, resilience, and positive attitudes to physical activity.
Work collaboratively with colleagues to support departmental improvement and whole-school priorities.
