The role

Biddick Academy seeks to appoint a dynamic and highly motivated Teacher of PE who is committed to academic excellence and high classroom standards. This is a fixed-term maternity cover position required as soon as possible. The post is offered at 0.8 FTE on the MPS/UPS scale. A 1.0 FTE contract would be considered for an exceptional candidate.

Requirements

  • Hold QTS qualification and a first degree or equivalent in a relevant subject.
  • Have experience of teaching the relevant subject area at both KS3 and KS4.
  • Possess excellent IT skills.
  • Be proactive and self-motivated.
  • Have a flexible approach to work.
