The role

Star International School, Al Twar is seeking a Teacher of Primary for an August 2026 start. The successful candidate will embody the school’s purpose statement by igniting curiosity, confidence and compassion through outstanding learning, enabling all members of the community to thrive now and in the future.

Requirements

• Relevant UK teaching qualification: minimum of a BEd or BA/BSc plus PGCE/QTS in primary education.
• A minimum of two years of full-time teaching experience in a British school, either internationally or in the UK. Strong NQTs will be considered.
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
• Commitment to strengthening an inclusive culture by identifying, hiring, developing and retaining high-performing teammates regardless of age, disability status, socio-economic background or other demographic characteristics.
