About the school

Poole High School is seeking an enthusiastic and driven Science Teacher to join its high-performing, forward-thinking and cohesive department. The role

The successful applicant will deliver Science across all Key Stages. Applications are welcomed from candidates with specialisms in Physics, Chemistry, Biology, or a combination of these. The post offers the opportunity to teach up to A Level within a collaborative department that maintains high expectations and a strong learning culture in every classroom.

Key responsibilities

• Work with the Director of Science and the wider school team to drive attainment and standards across the department and the school
• Deliver high-quality lessons using centralised, shared units of work and resources
• Contribute to a culture of engaged learners through ongoing professional development
