The role

St. George’s British International School in Bilbao is seeking an enthusiastic, creative and skilful Teaching Assistant to support teaching and learning across primary or secondary settings.

Requirements

• C1–C2 level of English (spoken and written) with strong communication skills.
• Experience supporting teaching and learning in a primary or secondary school setting.
• Ability to provide effective classroom support, including small-group and one-to-one assistance.
• Strong behaviour-management skills and the ability to help maintain a positive, orderly learning environment.
• Ability to follow teacher planning, reinforce learning objectives and adapt tasks to support pupils’ needs.
• A genuine commitment to high-quality pupil support, teamwork and continuous professional development.
