The role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed Teaching Assistant to join the school as soon as possible. The successful candidate will provide direct support in lessons, enabling access to the curriculum, bridging gaps in communication and facilitating independent learning. The postholder will demonstrate high levels of motivation and possess the ability to engage, lead and inspire students to raise standards and deliver effective outcomes for all.
